On receipt of your fingerprint from Scotland Yard, the following steps should be taken:

1. Have two passport-sized photographs (these photographs should be duly notarised at the High Commission, on presentation of your passport, at a fee of £15.00.
2. Obtain postal orders in the amount of thirty-eight pounds £38.00.

 

3. Send a covering letter, enclosing the fingerprints, postal order, copy of passport and photographs to: Jamaica Constabulary Force, Records and Identifications Division, East Queen Street, Kingston, Jamaica W. I., stating:

1. Your date of birth
2. Your place of birth
3. Date you left Jamaica and last address
4. Why record is required
5. Where it is to be sent
